Refund Policy

1. What Jiskta sells

Jiskta is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) API platform. We sell prepaid credit packages that give you programmatic access to our climate and environmental data API. Credits are a digital service delivered instantly over the internet — there is no physical product, no download, and no shipment.

2. Immediate digital performance

When you confirm a purchase, our service begins performance immediately: credits are added to your account, API access is granted, and you can start making queries within seconds. By completing a purchase you expressly request and consent to immediate performance of the digital service.

3. Right of withdrawal — waiver

Because the service is a digital product that begins performance immediately upon your request and with your explicit prior consent, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive). A confirmation of this waiver is presented to you at checkout before payment is completed.

4. No refunds on purchased credits

All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credit packages, whether or not the credits have been used, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived contractually.

5. Billing errors

If you believe credits were deducted from your balance in error (e.g. a query failed but credits were still charged), contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will investigate and, if the error was on our side, restore the affected credits. We do not issue cash refunds for disputed credit deductions.

6. Duplicate or fraudulent charges

If your payment method was charged more than once for the same order, or if you suspect fraudulent use of your payment details, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with our payment processor (Paddle) to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Account termination by Jiskta

If we terminate your account for reasons that are solely our fault (e.g. we discontinue the service), we will refund unused credits at the rate of the package originally purchased. If termination is due to a breach of our Terms of Service, unused credits are forfeited.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), who acts as Merchant of Record for all Jiskta transactions. Paddle handles VAT collection and remittance in all applicable jurisdictions. For payment disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/legal/buyers.
