🔧 Planned Maintenance Window
Every Tuesday, 03:00–03:10 UTC — API server restarts to apply software updates. Downtime is typically <10 seconds. In-flight queries complete gracefully before shutdown.
Data sync jobs (CAMS, ERA5, Eurostat) run daily at 03:00–09:00 UTC and do not cause downtime — the API serves queries normally during data ingestion.

Service Commitments (Beta)
- Query API: Best-effort availability — we target high uptime but make no formal SLA guarantees during beta
- Maintenance: Announced windows only — Tuesdays 03:00–03:10 UTC (<10s downtime)
- Data freshness: CAMS tiles updated within 24h of ECMWF publication; ERA5 within 24h
- Incident response: Unplanned outages acknowledged as quickly as possible — [email protected]
- Credits: Credits are never deducted for failed queries or during outages
